I have worked in people related roles for over 30 years and have extensive experiences in all aspects of human resources and learning development.

I am a commercially aware, passionate and performance focused professional.
During my career I have worked across all types of business, from professional services, construction to commercial retail and third sector.

I specialise in supporting you and your teams around all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from attracting new team members until it's time to say goodbye.

Much of my time has been spent coaching at both strategic and operational management levels and i really appreciate the nuances of these fundamental driving forces of any business.
